GravityRing

Works alongside the Habitat module and provides support for a rotating animation that consumes EC.

When deployed on a powered vessel, a Gravity Ring also grants the firm-ground comfort bonus to the whole vessel (independent of which seats are occupied). Whole-vessel spin can grant the same bonus without this part — see Habitat → Comforts.
